Refunds/returns

Software can be downloaded and used free of charge on a trial/evaluation basis for up to 30 days subject to the terms of the appropriate licence agreement. If you choose to purchase the software then you may still be entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to the licence agreement for further details.

The software services offered are also available on free trial and refunds are not normally offered. Towards the end of the contracted service period, you will be invited to renew the service at which point you can withdraw. Please see the full Subscriber Terms and Conditions for further information.
